Subfloor insulation made only with natural materials.
The insulating layer of Bio Beton® 200 of hemp and lime is laid on a bed of gravel of 30 or 40 cm thick, ventilated by perforated pipes of 80 mm diameter laid with a 120 cm pitch. In addition to being an excellent insulator, hemp guarantees moisture management, preventing rising damp on walls or floors.
Once the hemp and lime biocomposite has been spread, the mechanical systems can be laid, and the substrate can be carried out.
